Spotswood NJ Real Estate Market – August 2026 The August 2026 Spotswood real estate market saw higher single-family home prices along with more homes available for sale. There were 11 new listings, compared with 10 last August, while 4 homes closed, the same number as August 2025. The median sales price increased to $557,450, up 16.7% from $477,500 a year ago. Homes also sold faster, averaging 52 days on the market, compared with 68 days last August. Sellers received an average of 97.5% of their asking price. Inventory increased to 26 single-family homes for sale, up from 17 a year ago. Year to date, 45 homes have closed, up 21.6%, while the year-to-date median sales price stands at $486,500. Overall, Spotswood had more homes available in August, while this month's median sales price was considerably higher than a year ago.
